SHIPMENT/RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders placed by 2 p.m. M-F Pacific Time are usually processed the same day. Most Items ship within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7 days for UPS/USPS ground deliveries. Orders with backorders will be contacted within 48hrs. of initial order.
International orders will ship via UPS /USPS and do not include duties imposed by the buyer’s country.
Returns are accepted for a full refund on merchandise within 5 business days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. Exchanges are given on items returned within 10 business days.
Please contact customer service via email at sales@yogaflx.com or via phone # (415) 671 3804 for a return authorization. Once the document is received, please print and enclose it with your return in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Packages without a return authorization number CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE will be returned to sender at sender’s expense. Please note: shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
All charity items, accessories, sale items, last chance or orders using a discount code are FINAL SALE and are Non-refundable.
